Ana sayfa / News

Apple revealed major updates during its massive event last week, announcing the iPhone 16 series, Apple Watch Series 10, and other devices, as well as setting release dates for various software updates. Yesterday, after being in beta testing for a while, the operating systems were finally released for devices. It seems that the macOS Sequoia update brought a hint about the new Mac mini. Here are the details…

In recent months, Mark Gurman mentioned that the Mac mini would have a smaller design but come with more advanced features. With the expected launch of M4-powered Macs in the coming weeks, the newly released update has revealed a clue about the upcoming Mac mini.

The update code includes the label “Apple silicon Mac mini (5 Port),” though it’s unclear if this was intentionally added by Apple as a hint. The code found in yesterday’s iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS Sequoia, watchOS 11, visionOS 2, and tvOS 11 updates could be the first clue about the Mac mini.

According to rumors, Apple is working on a Mac mini with an M4 processor, but in a smaller size. Here are the details...

Additionally, in Gurman’s April updates, it was noted that Apple would update the MacBook Pro, iMac, and Mac mini. Expectations for the mini model suggest it will have a smaller design, similar in size to an Apple TV, with five USB-C ports—three at the back and two in the front.

The current model features two or four Thunderbolt 4/USB-C ports and also includes a USB-A port, which is expected to be removed in the new model.
